Description

Original U.S. Civil War Named Model 1861 .58 Cal Type II Cartridge Box with Plate and Sling British Military Maps The Hammer is also mounted The Hammer is also mounted slightly off center to the right which is fascinating as well We do not know which authority ordered this weapon in 1868 however it has been suggested that it was for the NORTH CORNWALL POLICE which during this period were greatly involved with smuggling in England's West Country
